1. What data we collect

Waiting list

When you join our waiting list, we collect:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address

Account registration

To create an account, we collect the following personal data:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• Password (stored in encrypted form)

After registration, users may also create an organization profile, which may include Organization name, Sector, Type of AI used and Billing information.

Be aware that organizational data is not considered personal data.

2. Purpose of processing

Personal data are processed exclusively to:

• Notify waiting list subscribers when the service becomes available
• Create and manage user accounts
• Authenticate users and provide access to the platform
• Manage communication related to the consulting service

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on the user's consent and on the necessity to perform the service requested through account registration.

4. Data retention

Waiting list data is retained until the service launch or until you request removal, whichever comes first.

Account data is retained for as long as the account remains active. Upon account deletion, personal data are deleted unless retention is required by law.

5. Data sharing

Personal data are accessed only by authorized members of the Kakashi Venture Accelerator team.

Waiting list data is processed through Formspree, a third-party form service provider based in the United States. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf and is committed to protecting your data in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
